Blue Horn comprise sensational guitarist Michael Landau, organist Jeff Young and Toss Panos on drums. Michael Landau had asked Jeff to play a show at The Baked Potato in L.A. with drummer, Toss Panos, which eventually inspired the creation of Noise for Neighbors in October of 2000.
